Tom
King, a variety entertainer with skills in the art of clowning, magic, balloon
sculpturing and stilt walking is nationally known as not only an entertainer,
but an educator. Tom has entertained throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast
United States and Canada as a clown and variety entertainer.
He appears at festivals, trade shows, telethons, company promotions, amusement
parks, expos, private parties, schools and malls. Tom has entertained at private
and public functions for the West Virginia Governors Mansion in addition to the
TAMARACK, West Virginia's center for displaying the talents of the best of the
best of its artists and craftspeople. Tom has appeared with Ringling Brothers
Barnum Bailey Circus as a guest performer.
Tom teaches character development in elementary schools. He also works as an
instructor, competition judge & staff member at variety, magic and clown
conventions in the United States & Canada. Tom King is a member of Clowns of
America International, World Clown Association, Mid-Atlantic Clown Association
and the Kanawha Klowns. He is also a member of the Charleston Chamber of
Commerce.
Tom's entertainment education includes, but is not limited to, Northeast
Tennessee Clown College, Northeast Clown Institute, Clowntown, Advance Studies 2
Hendersonville, NC, Circus Magic Williamsburg, VA, and he received the Bo Dino
Memorial Scholarship from the World Clown Association to attend Clown Camp at
the University of Wisconsin,

Kroger Company, Fine Host, Capitol Flea Market, Common Cents Promotions, the
Charleston Town Center Mall, Wal-Mart Stores, CVS Drug Chain, Waverly
Entertainment, Golden Corral and the Fahlgren Agency, only to mention a few.
Tom is an international award winner in makeup, costume & performance. He will
bring years of experience, and the ability to entertain persons of all ages, to
