Steve started clowning in 1995 when, looking for a ministry to work with at church, lead him into clowning. Steve's dad before him was a clown. Primarily a magician, he used clowning to do his magic to more and more folks. Steve has learned a lot from his dad and some of his style comes from his father. Steve's dad passed away in 1992 before he had a chance to see Steve clown, but his dad is with him in every performance.

Steve attended Clowns Galore (#194) School in September 1995. Has attended several seminars with Mama Clown, Leon McBryde, Bubba Sikes, Theresa Garrett and Janis Roberts among others. Steve is constantly learning from folks and materials available from some of the top names in the industry. Steve's main line of work, however is Web Sites. Steve is employed by a top Network Access Product company work on the Internet/Intranet systems and web pages. Steve works with graphics and programming to provide an overall website solution.

Steve does several aspects of clowning, he leads the ministry group Fools for Christ (a performance clowning group), benefits and charity work, birthday parties, picnic, etc. Steve is a member of COAI, WCA, SECA and IBM. He is Vice President, Parade Coordinator, Newsletter Editor of Clowns Galore (COAI #194).
