 Fantasy Face Paint

                                       "The fine line …between Reality and Illusion”


The exhibition will begin one hour before the General Membership

Meeting and everyone is welcome to observe.



1. TIME:

     a. Contestants are given 15 minutes for set up,

     b. 30 minutes to complete task,

     c. Then, 15 minutes to clean up personal work area.

2. Contestants will provide their own model, paints & all supplies used. Feathers, sparkles, beads, flowers or any other non-paint embellishment can be used in addition to paints. Only professional paint products made specifically for the purpose of face or body painting will be allowed.

EXAMPLES: Traditional face paint products, neon's, metallics, shimmer powders, liquid bling and latex body paint will be acceptable for this exhibition. (Acrylics, AirbrushTextile Paint-such as Createx and other commercial paints will not be permitted)

(The painter is solely responsible for what is applied and for the safety of their model)

3. Fantasy Face Paint will be limited to models head & neck only

No model nudity will be allowed

{design must be G rated in every way}

4. After application, the models will be supplied with a number to display, and will be placed throughout the membership meeting room, before the meeting begins. The general membership will decide the winner.


As the COAI members enter the room for the Membership Meeting they will be provided with a voting card to place the NUMBER of the ONE Fantasy Face Paint model they like the best.

Cards will be placed in a sealed box as members leave meeting.

The Sergeant-at-Arms and a three person staff will be responsible for counting the ballots, registering the "winner” which will then be announced at the banquet Saturday night.

The Fantasy Face Paint Championship Certificate and Medallion
